Pakistan | The election schedule for 2024 has been released, and the polling will take place on February 8th

 The Election Commission of Pakistan, in compliance with the directives of the Supreme Court, has released the election schedule. According to this schedule, general elections will be held nationwide on February 8th.





After the decision of the Supreme Court, a meeting was held in the Election Commission of Pakistan under the chairmanship of the Chief Election Commissioner, in which the members gave a briefing on the situation after the court decision.

According to the schedule, candidates will submit their nomination papers from December 20th to 22nd. Afterward, the list of candidates will be released on December 23rd. According to the schedule, scrutiny of candidates' nomination papers will take place from December 24th to 30th.

According to the schedule, the general elections will take place on February 8, 2024, which falls on a Wednesday. It has been specified in the notification that this schedule applies to both specific seats and provincial seats in all four provinces.

Nawaz seeks to hold accountable those responsible for his removal and victimization.
